Products purchased from the online store will be shipped throughout Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
The order will be sent to the address provided by the customer, and delivery will be made at street level. Please check the merchandise upon delivery, and if it is not correct, you must notify it immediately before the driver leaves to record it on the delivery note.
The carrier will contact you by phone. If they make repeated attempts and are unable to deliver the merchandise, it will be resent to us, and the incurred expenses will be billed to you.
